Riverside Social Events offers full décor and styling packages, including design, setup, and breakdown—so you can focus on celebrating while we perfect the details.

We style:

$250.00/hour (4-hour minimum) plus tax

  • Includes 2-hr set up and 1-hr breakdown (ex:

  • 10 Round or Rectangular Tables

  • 100 Black or White Garden chairs 

  • Table linen (high quality black or white tablecloths) 

  • Access to Two (2) TVs

  • Guest Wifi Access

  • Access to Bluetooth Sound System

  • Two (2) ADA Restrooms

  • Kitchenette with refrigeration

  • On-site parking

$750.00 plus tax (10-hr venue access)

$150.00/hour (2-hour minimum) plus tax

Refundable Deposit

Every booking includes a refundable security deposit, which is returned once the venue is checked after your event.

$250.00 due at time of booking to secure date.

To receive your security deposit back, please ensure:

  • All personal items and decorations are removed.

  • All trash is bagged and placed in the designated bins.

  • Tables, chairs, and equipment are returned to their original setup.

  • No damage has been done to the venue, furniture, or equipment.

  • The space is left in generally clean condition (swept/mopped if spills occurred).

  • All outside vendors (caterers, DJs, etc.) have cleaned their areas and removed their personal equipment.

  • Event ends and guests leave by the agreed-upon rental time.
