Refundable Deposit
Every booking includes a refundable security deposit, which is returned once the venue is checked after your event.
$250.00 due at time of booking to secure date.
To receive your security deposit back, please ensure:

All personal items and decorations are removed.

All trash is bagged and placed in the designated bins.
-
Tables, chairs, and equipment are returned to their original setup.
-
No damage has been done to the venue, furniture, or equipment.
-
The space is left in generally clean condition (swept/mopped if spills occurred).
-
All outside vendors (caterers, DJs, etc.) have cleaned their areas and removed their personal equipment.
-
Event ends and guests leave by the agreed-upon rental time.
